1. Accounts and Security
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- No Account Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Session Limits: To ensure security, paid accounts are limited to two (2) simultaneous active sessions. Enterprise plans may allow for additional sessions. We reserve the right to terminate sessions that exceed this limit.
2. Fair Usage Policy
CentralHubAI operates on a flexible "Fair Usage" model. To ensure quality of service for all users:
- Abuse Prevention: We monitor for abnormal patterns, such as automated scripts or excessive request volumes.
- Traffic Management: If your usage places a disproportionate load on our infrastructure, we reserve the right to temporarily manage your request rate or pause access (typically for a few hours up to 24 hours) to maintain platform stability.
- Discretion: We retain sole discretion in determining what constitutes excessive usage.
3. Payments and Cancellations
- Payment Providers: We accept payments via Stripe, Kora (KoraHQ), and Pawapay. Usage is subject to the terms of the respective processor.
- All Sales Final: Due to the instant digital nature of our AI services, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused service time.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. AI Output
- Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or free of errors ("hallucinations").
- No Professional Advice: Content generated by the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying any output before using it.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of your inputs and uploads.
- Generated Assets: Upon payment of applicable fees, CentralHubAI assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the content generated specifically for you by the service.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform to generate illegal content, harass others, reverse engineer the software, or build a competing service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CENTRALHUBAI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CENTRALHUBAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CentralHubAI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in these jurisdictions.
